Have you checked the water inlet solenoid valve for electrical continuity of the coil?
If the coil shows electrical continuity and no leakage of electric current (check with a suitable tester), then dismantle the valve and check the internals for scale build-up? Excessive scale, dry and hardened up, will lead to the solenoid valve jamming. This results in no water flow to machine in spite of power on and all other functions being normal!
Clean all the internal parts to completely remove the scales, reassemble after drying all parts and check. The valve should now function normally.

For thr future keep a track of the water quality (hardness levels) in your locality. You may need to make use of an appropriate water softener before the water inlet to the machine.
