the conditioner part is staying full with water after each wash???? BEKO mwa 620s...(washing machine)

The fabric conditioner flows into the washer using a syphon principle....pull the drawer out completely, pull away the top of the conditioner drawer and give it a good clean as it will be blocked with gunge. Thats what we do in the hard up UK anyway.
