How can I fix my Hotpoint WMA62S?? -Help Me-?

I recently have been having a few problems with my Hotpoint machine. I have replaced the module, bearings and heater. But I still receive no hot water - even on the highest temperature cycle - it just comes out cold. Also, whenever I put it on a cycle the timer seems to suddenly switch. It changed from 2 hours to half an hour. It changed during the wash cycle. Help, its been four weeks already - and my wife is insane.
