You may have a stuck elevation button.
Your probably going to need a tech.
One thought. If you could find the elevation wires on the lower board, reverse them, then turn on your machine. It should go down.
If You can e-mail me a picture of the lower board I may be able to figure it out.
Also, Call the manufacture service. They will talk to you for free and help you walk through it.
