Hi Albert,
I am looking into the same thing for my father. I will update you once I confirm, but it looks like www.lawn parts.com in the US sell the whole walbro carby for ~US50. Shipping would probably be about $15 - $20.
Victa is actually a rebranded Shindaiwa.
Should have it sorted in a week.
