Up until a recent service, my hot water would come on independent of heating and vice versa. Now when the hot water 'Boost' button is pressed on the controller, my radiators heat too - any help gratefully appreciated.
near the pump you will have a motorised valve that shuts off the flow of heat to the rads, it sounds like this valve isnt closing thus allowing heat that should be going to your cylinder to go to the rads.

he may have changed your timer/programmer and left it in the gravity position if so remove the programmer and move the switch to fully pumped
