How can I fix my Hotpoint washing machine, E11 error code and leaking water?
My Hotpoint Aquarius stops mid cycle with E11 error code. Switch off and on and it starts okay, but stops mid cycle again. If I do this a few times it will progress through to the end of a cycle, but pool of water on floor and clothes are not rinsed sufficiently.
Can anyone suggest what I can do, other than ask a repair guy to call?
e11 indicates a problem with the pump. remove covers, disconnect pump and inspect it and the connection hoses. cheap parts - replace if in any doubt.
