Hi all,
just wondering if anybody has a clue to my problem...ita a baxi 130 he combi boiler and all of a sudden has started to lose pressure, i've bleed the rads, also the vent pipe at the back gives off fteam is that ok?
Right there is water coming from the pipe outside, any ideas.

cheers Paul, do i switch off boiler top it to 1.5 b turn off valves from bolier then leave overnight

you need to check your system for leaks and your pressure relief pipe outside a little copper pipe,for water leaking from it

that vent pipe is your flue ,thats normal,just water vapour,you need to top up your ch pressure via your filling loop your installer should have shown you it
