how can i fix my hot point first edition 800?

sounds like the pump's jammed,follow the waste pipe back to the back of the machine & remove this panel the waste pipe leads direct to the pump but have a bucket ready as you lower the waste pipe the water will disperse from the drum,once empty you can work on the pump to clear what ever is bloc king it,but do remember to unplug the machine before you start any of this work,best of luck
