Had air lock which we sorted but now got kero leaking from it?

We had an air lock after delivery but sorted it but releasing air from a domed shape device about 2" in height. Got the air out but now have kero leaking. Domed silver gadget appears to leave from the bottom. Best discription I have give is the dome sits in very shallow tray and its dripping from the tray. Hopefully someone can make sense of what I am trying to describe.....Anyone got any ideas?
