The pressure guage is way down at the bottom, the pilot light is still on however when you turn it to hot water or radiators it doesn't kick in like it used to and as adove there is no heat or hot water.
Hi just to let others know it appeared the fan had siezed but once lubricated the boiler worked fine , hope this helps

Check fuse. Top up water. Check fan spins freely. Check pump works by unscrewing inspection cap on end and observing shaft turn when there is demand. Check boiler flow switch operation, should feel clicky when operated with finger. Check differential APS switch operation electrically. Fan and aps should be done by corgi man.
