how can i fix?

my hotpoint aqaurius wma35 will not take the softner i have tried unblocking all the holes but still not working

remove the siphon tube that takes the conditioner from the draw looks like double TT check and clean out the 2 holes better still if you pull it apart as where the 2 ts join gets blocked, when unblocked put under a tap allow water to flow water in, should now flow out of other hole.
