I wish i knew there are no truly helpful answers given by anyone! On my phone buttons 1,4,7,*,right and walkman buttons dont work!!! Think yourself lucky you only have those problems! out of waranty and getting frustrated it definately ISNT the actual keypad as I have just bought a new one and it isnt this! HELP!
