potterton primaf box is loose, keeps tripping fuse box! loose wire??

All electrics were off this morning! something in kitchen had tripped & everything went off! After a process of illimination it is the box fitted to the wall (which you switch ch/hw on/off etc) it is a bit loose so cld a wire have come out/loose? or is it the boiler itself that/s gone?? Do I call a plumber OR Electrician?? If it isn't a wire
