Where is the fuel filter on a vauxhall zafira, and is it easy to change?
Just need some advise on how to change the fuel filter, It is a bit jumpy on acceleration, have put new oil,filter, plugs and air filter. Someone said the fuel filter change may help
Hi I have a 13 plate 1.8 petrol Zafira that periodically splutters on acceleration.Found a cure by spraying MAF sensor on the Intake and it stops spluttering.Do ne it three times now and it stops spluttering and runs fine .

Depending on the age... If it's the Zafira B then there is no fuel filter it's in the tank and is non servicable if it's the Zaf A then behind wheel arch liner

passenger side rear, clips can be a pain to remove, the fuel return pipe sheared off on mine. had to repair with rubber fuel pipe.

Sorry Ken you are incorrect, the fuel filter is located on passenger side rear,just in front of the rear wheel on underside of the floorpan next to fuel tank ,but opposite to fuel filler cap side (1.6 i 2004 model, uk)

ive got zafira 16 club the filter is on the left side near back i had same problem spluttering between2500 3000 revs but changed filter still spluttering.

Is the vehicle fuel injected? If it is you will find the filter on the same side as the filler cap as close to the gas tank as possible. If by chance you have a carburator on the engine the filter will be located as close to the carb as possible
