Hi Billy, try this method:-
turn ignition from position l to pos ll 4 times in 3 sec's
remove key
programming mode now avail for 20 sec's LED illuminated
press any of the buttons on the remote
clock LED flashes indicates correct programming
switch ign on
wait 20 sec's programming mode now de-activated
fob should now work!
