how can i fix my belle cement mixer model:minimix 150?

It probably needs a new drive belt - mine did. Item number 15 on the above website for gearbox assembly. Belt costs less than £5 delivered in the UK. Simple to change - just 2 X 8mm nuts/screws to remove the belt cover. Yours is probably stretched and part worn like mine was.

My 2009 belle mini mix just stopped few months ago while mixing and I just tried it now and it turns really slow can anyone pleas tell me roughly what is the problem or how to fix it pleas thanks

hi - I have a problem with my belle150 mixer it turns when its empty but now wont turn when it has any weight in it & stops - any tips advice help would be greatly appreciated

Have replaced nearly everything on my belle 150 110v mixer, theres a grumble and vibration, first i thought bearings so swapped them with no luck, felt gearbox while it was doing it and no vibration but there was on plastic housing so took belt cover off and belt was flapping, have put new belt on still the same so im wondering if motors got bearings or needs replacing but only had it in 4 months ago

dodgy capacitor and needs a gear box oil change.
you only need the grey and black wires, black is live, grey is neutral, the 2 small wires go through a temp cutoff on the motor.

my drum just fell off, so had to weld it on to the shaft (very rusty). after a complete stripdown, grease, and oil change -works fine, i need a capacitor to be perfect .

fault when the belle mixer slows or stops when loaded or even if not loaded is simple just replace the capacitor on the motor, the drum might not even turn when switched on empty but turn drum by hand when switched on and it might start to turn or not.
The capacitor has gone low capacitance and has a loss of electrical power factor.This will cure your probs, quite common on capacitive start motors. Cheaper than replacing the motor

Went to use my mixer today and went to switch it on and it doesn't seem to stay in. Thought it was the switch purchased a new one and the problem is still there. Any help please

Have the same problem myself ,drum flies around when empty and after putting just two shovels of sand in it stops, but with a little help from myself I can keep it turning by turning the drum manually. Bought new gear box complete and when I compared to old gears I was sure I'd solved the problem as old gears were well worn ,but no different .stripped her down to the motor and still can't find an answer

Just to offer heartfelt thanks to Tim Mazlen and confirm wiring guidance worked for me. I had borrowed a friend's Belle Minimix 150 and somehow the 240V lead got snagged on something whilst moving the mixer. This resulted in terminals detatching themselves from switch and lead pulling free from switch housing. I believe the cable gland must have been slack and surprisingly there is no other restraint for the cable. Good job it wasn't plugged in at the time!

Found another post on this - the wiring goes as follows:

There are 5 connections on the switch, if you hold it so that the single blue wire connection is at the top with the 4 male connectors under it (two rows of two), the top row of two has the black connector on the left, and grey on the right. The bottom row of two has the blue female (from the power supply) on the left. The bottom right has the short brown cable, which connects to the female brown from the power supply which also has a male spur. This leaves the blue female connector to connect to this male spur from the brown.

hi folks I have a problem with my belle150 mixer it turns when its empty but now wont turn when it has any weight in it.You can turn it freely by hand and theres power to it.To start it before you had to help it on its way with a little push.Really like to fix it for sentimental reasons but not really sure where to start.So any tips advice help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance
