We can't remove the filter on our Bosch washing machine?
Our machine wasn't rinsing properly so we tried to remove the filter to clean it. (We've done this before). To remove you turn it anti clockwise then pull out, but now it turns about a quarter turn reaches a hard stop but won't pull out.
the problem is that you have something stuck in the pump which is stopping you from opening the filter. you are going to need to take the front panel off and strip the drain pump down to get the item out and the filter open. this job can be a little bit tricky and you need special tool to get the front panel off any queries email me on jdvdomestics@live.co.uk
