The hot water is not getting hot?

My boiler is baxi 105e
The water is not getting hot straight away, when it eventually gets hot and the hot water tap is turned off and then on again the water is taking about 10 mins to get hot, as the temperature scale on the boiler is not going down straight away, and the flame is taking a while to kick in,
Have you any ideas what it could be?
