new pump fitted now cycle wont finish eco light still flashing on, still wet inside pump was still running 2 hours after program should have finished,leaving everything swiched on opened door pump stopped close door pump starts again
have two flashing lights eco and prewash, can't get it to do anything, checked filter, tipped it onto its side, still nothing!

I purchased the FDW65 two years ago. Subsequently this week it court fire. After inspection, a pin hole leak from the drainage pipe caused water to spill on to the main pump motor. I was shocked and would not be looking to buy from Hotpoint in the future. Increasingly and also with my washer from Hotpoint I have had more problems due to poor quality of parts than any other company I have purchased from in the past.
