Hi Does anyone know what to do when eurovox states "no transpondent to scan"?? tried symbol rate 6.952 & 6.887 still not working. But can't change mode to "FULL" from normal, as no option for this available when i select yellow button for powersan. Can you help please? Many thanks, DB
Hi, Thanks for getting back to me so quickly...My box has been upgraded so taht i dont have to keep putting in codes. this has changed the layout slightly, you can not select full or normall. it is altready set to full. so that is ok.....but after selecting yelloe button for scan it gopes through to 0/770 like a normal scan then i get error message """No transpondent to scan"" what does this mean please? and how can i fix it? many thanks DB

i think wat he means is wen u do a power scan is shows normal press the arrow to the left then it will say full, now the way Gerry explains is the easy way to inoput codes,1-pressmenu 2-ok 3 user instalation 4ok 5 pin 6 press yellow button 7 it now shows Normal 8 press left or right to full scan 9 press ok and volah,it shud work let me no

what is your tv provider , and what city are you in , if you can change the symbol rate , you should be ok to scann , what do you mean by ( change the mode from normal to full ? ill check back here . mick
