How can i get my songs back?

I got a neXxtech mp3 player and the first month i used it , it was perfectly fine. Now it won't work. While in class i was turning it off then after class i turned it on to play music but there was no music.. How can i get them back? HELP ME!!!

I had the same problem with mine. It got formatted incorrectly (only it's too cheap to let you know right away). Reformat, only when you reformat you have to force it to format FAT...NOT FAT32!! I did that and VOILA!! Music. Unfortunately you lose all the songs you originally had, but at least you get your player back...
