THERE IS A FILTER IN THE DOOR WHICH YOU PULL OUT, BUT YOU WOULD DEFINITELY KNOW IF IT WAS THERE AND NOT JUST FLUFF YOU THREW OUT! DON'T THINK THIS WOULD AFFECT THE DRYING OF CLOTHING THOUGH EVEN IF YOU DID THROUGH OUT BY MISTAKE.
