Hi Julie, this is unusual for this machine.All I can think of is that the water valve is not letting water in for some reason.I think this will need an engineer visit as it will be electrical and need to be traced.You can ring Extracare on 08457 959722 and they will send someone and they carry a good assortment of spares.
