I have an EL5035 that recently lost a wheel. For the life of me I can't figure why they manufactured it the way they did.
There is a "hubcap" when removed reveals 4 screws. This is what mounts the wheel to the vac. Unfortunately, the solid part of the wheel that the screws fasten to, snapped, making the wheel useless. Where can I go to get the parts to repair? Thanks
bob, contact electrolux (formerly eureka) directly. this repair is so time consuming, they will most likely replace your vacuum entirely. Since they no longer manufacture this whacked design, they must send you a different, possibly better vac.
