My alarm LED blinks for ten seconds instead of being lit. The owner manual says this means there is a door/boot lid/bonnet open or alarm fault.
All doors are closed.
Do you know what I should check before going to service?

VX found problem with power sounder. System logged fault code. Sounder £60 + Labour £65. If you put it into VX remember to give them the car pass so they can access the alarm and reprogramme it. VX didn't ask for it till late afternoon. Wasted most of the day checking over the alarm system and not able to find the fault. It's only been a few hours but so far so good.

I have the same problem. Booked into VX on Wed. It seems to be on warm days that it is a problem.
