Well Well exectly the same happens to ours - for months we lived with it freezing and restarted each dvd several times and now no dvds will load and we have the same error message - any ideas - this company doesn't appear to have a UK base
I have the Symphonic DVD/VHS but I need the instructions to work it. I called the phone number on it and the gal told me to get the manual off the computer but I can't seem to.
