How Long Should my Hygena Diplomat APM 8702/2 Take to Dry?

Have an Hygena Diplomat APM 8702/2 washer dryer having problems with dryer section i have pressed half load button set drying time for 80mins then program as directed. When full cycle complete clothes still very damp is this normal does not seem to dry anything.Just moved into rented property new to this appliance with thanks Gemma

Thanks Foxy,The clothes are both warm and wet example 1 t shirt put on for 30 mins came out warm but not dry still very damp Tried wash and dry program and seperate dry program no joy.Gemma

Hi Gemma, I see you have pressed the half load etc.This machine will only dry a half load and it has a small drum.I would say 3 bath towels per load.Are the clothes warm at the end or wet.If they are not warm then I would ask the agents to book a service call.All the best.
