Zanussi TC482W - Won't cut out when full?

My Zanussi TC482W Condenser Dryer no longer automatically cuts out when the water container reaches its limit which means that we empty the container after every load (or in the first instance it happened, trip the electricity supply).
I would be grateful if anybody help me to fix this problem.

there's a micro switch in the bottom of the appliance which is sat on top of a small plastic tank with a float in it.if this gets blocked or the float stops floating you get the fault you describe.back off job
