KA keeps stalling?

Your garage aint much cop. Try,only a guess mind you, start the engine up with the fuel cap OFF or drive up the local road without the fuel cap on,but watch it it's realy illegal, sometimes you can get a vaccum in the tank if the breather hole in the cap gets blocked that stops the fuel and drivers think it's always the engine at fault. Also look at air might be being sucked in through the fuel pump to cause an airlock. Could be dirty plugs, jets, distributor anything. unfortunately it's trial and error. You could try your local library some hold workshop manuals and your might me in there or have a look at one similar as petrol engine faults are much the same, either elecs or fuel. Look up engine faults. Lastly it could be a faulty plug lead/s or the lead lead that feed the plug leads from the electronic ignition module. Look in the dark with engine running for sparks running down the outside of any leads don't touch note which one stop the engine and mark the lead. Or change the whole set. Fault/cracked distributor cap can cause intermitant loss of spark.
