honda wx 10?

Most honda waterpumps have a priming cap. It is usualy a black plastic screw in bung located on the top/outlet flange. Remove the bung, fill chamber with water and replace cap then start pump.
If still in doubt, these pumps are used by a lot of hire shops, give one a call and they should be able to give extra advice.

the pump is not self priming,ie it must have water in the stystem,
