Get on the phone to wherever you bought it from and kick up a stink, SERVIS have just gone into liquidation, so be ready for a fight! We have a 15month servis washer and the main computer board has just gone! Its a write off, i have had a real fight on my hands as it's over the 12month quarentee, but the outcome is a brand new washer of my choice! No i have'nt gone for a Servis one! Never again!!!
