I had the same problem with mine. The pipes that run down either side of the windscreen from the sunroof opening were blocked and so water was dripping down the inside of my headlining down the door pillars. I had to blow both lines out with an air gun( at my friendly local garage). The aerial was also leaking on mine and dripping water into the interior light casing - I put a very fine layer of silicone sealant round mine to stop it leaking. Also under the windscreen there is a plastic cover that stops leaves etc from getting in. Under this there was a collection of dirt which was blocking the rain run off and dripping water into the bulkhead under the pedals. I now have dry footwells and the car is much drier inside than it ever has been. Hope some of this might help.
