How do I remove the wheels from my Electrolux Model G?

I need to replace a wheel on my Model G, but don't have a clue how to get them off the axle.

One of my suppliers gets repro's of those wheels. I make the axle out of threaded stock and locknuts.

You don't. The wheels are no longer available. The only way I know of to fix this is to purchase a used axle/wheel assembly.
