My Zanussi ZWF1437W washer has a constant "Err" message and it doesn't matter what button I press I get the same message. Have tried switching it off over night to see if it would clear but it won't. My son says he may have pressed the "Start/Pause" and "Skip/Reset" buttons at the same time as they are fairly close together instead of just pressing the start button. The machine was working perfectly beforehand. Any help would be much appreciated.
Same happened to me today for the 2nd time. Quickly pressing the starting button twice did it for me. Happened before on same type of machine after three months. Machine was replaced under warranty. This one is now a year and a half..... I'll never buy a Zanussi again!

main pcb faulty or user interface pcb faulty.whatever he may of pressed wouldn't cause this issue.sorry
