your problem is a small pin about 3mm in diameter.it can be reached only by opening the gearbox ,a bit messy i can tell you. with a pin punch drift out the broken pin from the vertical shaft ie where the planet hub is located.If you are a bit technical minded it is so simple to tackle the job.If not please don't even dare to open the gearbox otherwise you'll ruin it for sure
