flue is clean, works ok most of the time but has a habbit of going out now an again, it has a type of sensor that is in the flame so when it goes out it shuts the gas off. can not find a tech phone number for baxi

I know it sounds daft but check that the outside flue hasnt got stacks of cobwebs blocking the flue.These dont have a safety valve,so if it does happen to go out gas still goes thro the burner unlit.
