Mend Kingston 2GB Problem Sd Card

Problem with new Kingston 2GB SD Card?

My computer will not recognise my new 2GB SD Card so I am unable to put photos on it for use with a Digital Picture Frame. A PS3 Playstation has recognised the card so I assume the card is not faulty. Do I need to format it, if so how do I get my computer to recognise it so I can do it?

Nice Try Kingston Tech Support. My card reader won't read any Kingston 2GB cards, but it reads a Transcend 4GB card with no problem.

Hi Norman,

We have seen many notebooks with built-in card readers not work with cards larger than 1GB. Try other cards to check if your card reader is malfunctioning.
