I have just changed my toners in my canon pixma ip90 printer. When I tried printing, the black ink comes out as magenta. I also have problem with colour as well. what is the problem. It was fine before.
I haven't used my Canon Pixma iP90 for almost 4 months now, when I tried using it today, it's printing out only blanks. I tried performing the routine maintainance in the user guide such as cleaning the print head, alignment of nozzles, but still having problem with print quality. The rinter is still new and haven't been used for a while.
Could the ink catridge dry up when not in use for that period?
