how can I fix my white knight WK767 6 kg condenser tumble dryer WK767?
the drum is spinning ,on/off OK but not getting hot enough to dry clothes which are rotating slightly slower then usual. Sound is healthy.just not heating up 2 settings i.e. low/high. on high is now cooler than low.

have you pressed the reset button on the back panel.check the condensor is clean and not blocked up with fluff.could be a failed element and will need testing and or replacing ???.stats do fail open circuit will need testing with a multimeter
