wont spray out water?

it is sucking the water up that i put on the floor. the brushes are working and the belts are fine. Why when I push the sprayer it wont spray out water? It is a bissell powersteamer.

if the system wasnt cleaned out properly the solution could get thicker and clog the lines it just happened on my bissell proheat 2x and i cleaned out all the lines and it works fine but you my have to pull it apart the expose the lines
