The door was professionally installed 2 years ago, and the rubber seal is in perfect condition, but the bottom of the door is not closing tight against the frame. Wpould adjusting the hinges correct this?
your asumtion is correct. hinge and locking system need adjusting normally manufacturers have built in systems to do this but without seeing your door i cannot give exact details sorry
