HOW CAN I FIX MY INTERNET?

I HAVE RECENTLY GOT PROBLEMS WITH MY INTERNET IT IS CONNECTED BY AFTER A WHILE THE PAGES LOSE CONNECTION AND COME UP WITH PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED.

I USE A DONGLE AND 3 HAVE SAID IT IS NOT DOWN TO THEM. COULD IT BE TO DO WITH THE NORTON 360 AS I KEEP GETTING A MESSAGE TO SAY IT IS EXPIRING. I AM GETTING FRUSTRATED AS HAVE TO KEEP RE CONNECTING TO ALL THE SITES

Yeah i totally agree with Lauriep, GET RID of Norton and install something decent.

Norton 360 is known to cause a lot of probs, especially internet. Get yourself a different AV. Try uninstalling/disabling 360 and see how it goes. Also check your wireless signal, if it keeps dropping then you have a prob with your dongle.
