Switch on the ignition the letters “INSP” will appear in the display press and hold brown the button just the Speedo clock until “-----“ appears in the display release the button and switch of the ignition

You could simply remove the bulb if it bothers you, but what it is saying is it's time to service the car. If you don't want to service it, take the car to a vauxhall dealer and ask them to switch it off. I think it will cost around £35 knowing Vauxhall.
