Mend Kenwood 701A Chef Time

Kenwood chef 701a motor seized?

My old kenwood chef 701a for a long time was noisy and got hot then a couple of days ago it stopped dead!
I always presumed it was the bearings and eventually they would need replacing. is it dead or is there any hope of getting it back to life?
