sky box wont turn on?

just had same problem try this
unplug the plug at the mains
on the front of the box press the left arrow and the right arrow on each side of the select button together and hold them in
while holding them in plug the plug back in keep holding them
when the circular lights start to spin in reverse this tells you the recal is working so take your fingers off the two buttonrs and press the center button after a couple of minutes this should cure it but you will lose all the programmes on your memory
