torque settings for a 1996 clio 1.2 8v cylinder head?

hi my hhead gasket went so i have had my head skimmed, but i dont know the torque sttings for the cylinder head. Also i where can i locate the timimg maks on these engines, i can time the bottom end up with number 1 piston which i have done, just need to know where to time it from on the head.
