Vision cabin bed from Argos?

Clutching at straws here, but does anyone have instructions for the Vision cabin bed. I bought one secondhand from ebay and it has no instructions, so is just a huge pile of mdf and screws!!

I am desperate! Please help!

im hoping someone out there is still reading this and would be able to email me a copy of the instructions. Argos cant help they dont sell it any more and so no deatils exist!!! Lost my instructions and screws after moving so if someone could email me would be eternally grateful (so would my son hes sleeping on the mattress!) kivik12(at)aol.com
