Accenta Alarm Remote Keypad Lock Out?

Hi I have an Accenta alarm in the house and the keypad is inactive (the pad is lit up but when any of the buttons are pressed nothing happens).

I think the kids have been pressing the keys and locked it out. Is there a way of unlocking the kepad again?
