Potterton Netaheat 10-16 Mk 1 boiler will not ignite?
I have a Potterton Netaheat 10-16 Mk 1 boiler.
Since this morning the boiler makes all the usual noises as if it is about to kick into action, but does not ignite. I have checked the thermostat and boiler setting and are OK, turning them up provokes the boiler, but still no ignition.
Can any one help as to what the cause may be?
Is it repairable?
Is it expensive?
hi,
sounds like the air pressure switch, cost about £40 plus labour depends where you are in the country maybe £60 - £100
could also be the gas valve or the circuit board thought; these would be more expensive still. call a corgi boiler engineer...
